Graduated in Social Communication/Journalism from UFRJ, columnist and CEO of Instituto Liberal - which he has been a member of since 2014 - and honorary member of Instituto Libercracia. He offers three virtual courses on liberalism. He was the author of an article about Brazil in the series on liberalism in several countries published in Econ Journal Watch, one of the authors of articles in the series Breves Lições and speaker for documentaries of the production company Brasil Paralelo.
