Where does the event take place?
The event is hosted in a virtual environment which allows attendees to view sessions and participate in sessions all from the comfort of your own home!
Please note: you must be registered to view the conference
Why is my password not working?
The password is case sensitive, please make sure you have caps lock on/off where necessary. Follow the steps for Reset Password. If you have done this and the password is still not working, email the support team and we will reset the password for you.
How do I join the live event?
To join a live session, please ensure you are logged into the event and click on the Live Page in the navigation menu at the top of the page. Business Matters will be live Thursday, February 23, 2023, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EDT.
Can I view the live event from my phone?
Yes, the livestream can be viewed from your phone through a browser. We recommend Google Chrome for the best viewing experience.
Will the live presentations be available after the event?
After the event, registered attendees will have access to the event recordings on the 2023 Event Recordings Page in the navigation menu at the top of the page. Here you will find session recordings from the conference and additional Acton content.
How do I chat with other attendees?
On all pages there is a Chat window that is visible to all registered attendees during the live event.
How can I network at the event?
During the live event, you can engage with attendees via the Chat window that is visible to all registered attendees.
My teammates have not registered, how can they view content?
Your colleagues will need to register for the event in order to view content. Registration is free and open to all. If you have any additional questions, please contact our support team.
The video I am watching keeps dropping/poor quality?
We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice. If you are still having issues, please check your internet connection. Moving your computer closer to the wireless internet router or plugging an ethernet cable directly into your computer from the router can improve your internet connection. We recommend you close other browsers, log off VPN and be mindful of how many other devices are connected to the same internet connection within your space.
