Doug Gebhardt serves as a Vice President with F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company based in Indianapolis, IN where he is responsible for identifying and strategically evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, providing multifaceted solutions to clients’ construction needs, and converting opportunities into new business partnerships. Doug is passionate about free markets and their integration with faith and has appreciated the work of the Acton Institute for many years. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and a Masters in Business Administration from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
