2. What time zone will the conference take place in?
- The conference will take place in Eastern Time Zone (ET).
3. Can I view the live event from my phone?
- Yes, the livestream can be viewed on your phone through a browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best viewing experience.
4. The video I am watching keeps dropping or has poor quality. What can I do?
- We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. If you're still having issues, check your internet connection.
- Moving closer to your Wi-Fi router or using an Ethernet cable can help improve connection quality.
- Close unnecessary browser tabs, log off VPNs, and minimize the number of devices connected to the same network.
5. The video does not have audio. What should I do?
- Try refreshing your page.
- If the issue persists, switch to Google Chrome for a better viewing experience.

- Yes, event recordings will be available beginning on Wednesday, November 20 at 2:00 PM ET on the event hub for one month: https://acton.swoogo.com/pcs24/event-hub.
- After that, recordings will be published on Acton On Demand: https://ondemand.acton.org/.
- Acton On Demand is Acton Institute's free media platform, offering access to years of programming, lectures, films, interviews, and more.
